Dear Pascha:

\JThe Swan peopla are anxious to get your passport information on the attached
form. You will note that you will have to get your own visa,but this should be
done later as the visas are only good for a limited time.

The normal procedure
seems to be for the information to be sent in by the travel agent to the U.S.
representative who sends it in turn to the Swan people. This would involve
a lot of extra mailings so perhaps the best thing to do would be for you to
sent the information directly to Swan with a note saying that the form itself
is being sent through the normal channels. This way they will have the actual
information earlier but protocol will still be preserved.
